Open Door FREE Health Clinic

Open Door Free Clinic is a free health clinic for adults over 19 years of age who are uninsured or under-insured. The clinic is located inside Unity Lutheran Church, 1025 E. Oklahoma Ave. Sign-in begins at 5:00 PM. The medical staff sees patients from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM or earlier if all signed-in patients have been seen.

Services Provided:

Preventive medical exams for adults
Nursing assessment & health education
Spiritual counseling
Acute and chronic illness management
Blood pressure screening
Limited follow up care
Referral to other community resources
Limited laboratory and radiology screening (upon referral)

Prenatal, obstetric & gynecological services
Emergency care, suturing or casting
HIV testing
STD cultures and treatment
